    Summary Capture One: Could not activate Capture One because activation profile is incorrect.
    Problem When activating Capture One the following error presents itself.


    Solution





    Most likely this is because you already have another profile that you have used to activate Capture One with in the past. Currently our activation system requires that each Capture One key is associated with one email address.

    Incorrect user profile e-mail or password
    Also during activation disable your Firewall, Anti Virus Software and the Pop-Up Blocker
    As these three things could interfere the activation procedure and you will receive the error message - Incorrect user profile email or password



    Here is what to do if you cannot find your user profile.
    A. If you only have the license code and not the associated user profile please Contact Support.

    B. If you only have the email address and not the password, you can get the password via the "I forgot my password" button from the "login" link at the top of phaseone.com website.
