    Article ID 2206
    Summary Capture One 4,5,6, and 7: Could not activate because the license code could not be verified by server.
    Problem This error will present itself when you are trying to activate Capture One with a different email address than previously used.
    Solution 1. Use the original email address used previously when activating Capture One

    2. The email addresses and passwords are case sensitive. Be sure to use the correct case when filling in these fields.

    3. Contact Support if steps 1 and 2 do not solve the issues.
