Tif file being used by another program
Problem
WindowXP will not allow deletion due to the file being used by another program. I´ve tried to restart and all but still impossible to delete TIFF files processed by Capture One.

Problem
I recently installed Microsoft RAW viewer and when I process a raw file it now opens in their application instead of Photoshop. I can't see how to get the files to open directly into Photoshop again. I want processed images to open immediately when finished in an application, how do I do this?

If the images contain broken, stepped or jittery edges, then the camera or subject may have moved during the scan. You may also see some discoloration in the lines of your image where the camera or subject has moved.

Capture One for Macintosh Version 3.7: Vertical green line in image processed with LCC Tool.
Problem
Aftter processing an image with an Lens Cast Calibration (LCC) file applied there is a vertical green line running down the side of the image.
Lösung
This is a known bug in Capture One for Mac version 3.7.x. The only workarounds until we fix this bug are to process in Capture One 4 or remove the offending pixel rows by cropping them out.
