"Error message: Image exposed during capture readout" error on LCD display
This error occurs primarily on mechanical systems if the back receives a sync signal during the readout of the data from the sensor into the buffer. The back suddenly generates the error message or the back's green LED starts to flicker with no further notice and gives the error message after a few seconds. Example: If you hold a back towards (from sensorside) a lightsource, flourescent, tungsten or flash (any lightsource), the light will be detected. This can also occur when the cameraback is mounted on a large format View Camera and a flash burst goes of near the back. This flash burst is seen by the detector in the digital back and the back recieves its first signal, the wakeup signal. The error message will appear on the LCD. Unless ofcourse the user makes the second exposure within 5 seconds.
There may be problems getting the digital back into a normal state after this error so it may be necessary to restart the back (reset to defaults) and the capture software.
