Keywords Capture One Pro 8 allows keyword tags to be added as searchable metadata using a new dedicated tool, and adds the timesaving hierarchal keywording feature from Media Pro. Organizing images in Projects, Albums and Smart Albums will help you to locate images in Capture One, however when photographs are submitted to a photo-agency, stock library or client, your images will be stored according to their own procedures. While stock libraries will have specific guidelines for keywords, it is still good practice to adopt keyword tags to help find photos at a later date. The new Keywor...

We currently use Phase One Pro v3.6 and v3.7 to process our RAWS. We then do final edits in PS CS and archive and catalog in Thumbsplus. During the processing phase it would be nice if we could process flagged files to a differnt folder than the rest of the images in the batch. This doesn't seem possible so I am looking for a workaround. Is it possible to process all of the images and have the flag somehow remain intact so that both PS and Thumbsplus are able to \"find\" tagged images?I am hoping that this is somehow easy. Our end of the line goal is to easily select the images that were flagge...

I just noticed that on my new albums added this week, the Exif info below each pictures now has the 35mm equivalent focal length. But the thing is, it's no where close to being right. For example, check this link. The exif says \"16.0mm (35mm equivalent: 124mm), f/2.8, 1.600 s, iso400\" 16mm is 25.6mm with a 1.6x crop camera, NOT 124mm!!! This only happens on Raw conversions with C1 Pro.When I use Photoshop CS2 Camera Raw, there is no (incorrect) 35mm equivalent shown. Where can this incorrect equivalent be changed/removed in the C1 Pro settings?

I am really impressed by C1 for image processing and for its algorithms. I have to convert some images made with an S2 Pro. It works fine except a confusion with the image size. In C1, the exif window information displays an image size of 3000x1992 pixels (considering a 6MP image). And Fuji or Photoshop consider the Raw file as a 3000x2008 pixels images. I have problem when processing output at 12MP. C1 allows me to set the size to 4256x2826 instead of 4256x2848 with the Fuji converter. Is it normal, or bad? While the result in term of image quality is correct?

I have a custom curve (.ntc) for Nikon D2x but it seems that Phase One is not recognising it. Is there any way to import it to Phase One?Kimmo

now I have a trial copy again. This is getting to be beyond a bit of a joke and should be addressed by PhaseOne. We shouldn't have to reactivate software time and time again, with updates unless there has been a hardware change which in this case there hasn't been.My copy of C1PRO version 3.7.3 was working perfectly and I just installed V3.7.4RC1 and it deactivated my software and now I have to wait again for my support case to be answered as the trial has finished and it wont process any images until it is activated. Why does it always do this sort of thing out of the blue, reset of key info...

Hi,I am new to capture one and am having a little problem.I have set up my images folders and within that I have a 'raw to process' folder and a 'processed tiffs' folder. The first I have set as my captures folder and the second as my processed folder. The first also contains the capture one settings folder. Each time I quit the programme an error message comes up saying 'couldn't save sesion default' and it gives me the option to save it where i choose. I have saved it to both the capture one settings folder within my capture folder and also to the general folder containg my capture and proce...
