Preview generation appears to be slow
Problem
When shooting tethered, the previews load slower with Capture One version 3.7.4, 3.7.5 or 3.7.6 than with Capture One version 3.7.3. This is noticelable when shooting tethered and in a fast, rapid manner.
Solution
Capture One 3.7.3 was designed so that preview generation was prioritized over capture rate. This means that the capture rate was slower and the preview generation was a bit faster. With Capture One 3.7.4, 3.7.5 and 3.7.6 this priority has changed. Now capture rate is prioritized over preview gene...

Mamiya RZ Pro II D internal battery rapidly depletes when a cameraback is attached.
Problem
When using a Mamiya RZ Pro II D with a digital-back the internal battery is exhausted faster than when using a film-back. A new battery will last for approximately 3 days before it is exhausted. This happens when a back is attached to the camerabody although the camera and back are turned off.
Solution
The design of the Mamiya RZ Pro II D camerabody is made in a way where the body continuously uses power from the internal battery when a digital back is attached. (When filmbacks are attached the camera body goes to sleep 20 sec. after no activity.) You can prevent the internal battery drain by th...

The P20 or the P25 digital backs will not display a capacity greater than 8 GB when using a Compact Flash Card®.
Problem
The P20 and P25 firmware was optimized to format CompactFlash® cards for the largest anticipated size at that time, which was 8 GB. Currently, if you format CompactFlash® cards bearing a capacity larger than 8 GB the available capacity of the CompactFlash® card will be 8 GB.
Solution
There is no solution for formatting within the P20 or P25 Back. However you could simply format CompactFlash® cards bearing a capacity larger than 8 GB in either your Mac or PC computer (or in one of our newest digital camera backs if available; i.e. P45, P30, P21). Using smaller cards is recom...

How does the image size of the sensor in digital backs effect image angle of view?
Problem
The sensor in some Phase One backs is smaller than the medium format film that lens angle of views calculations have traditionaly been based on. Also known as lens conversion or magnification factor.
Solution
To calculate the digital angle of view simply multiply the medium format film focal length by the Lens factor resulting in the approximate digital angle of view. For example, I am shooting on a 645 camera with the H20 and a 105mm lens, my digital angle of view will be approximately (1.3 x 105mm)=1...
