    Summary Creating a Support Case. Step 2/Logging In
    Problem I have created a profile and activated it with my pincode. Now what should I do?
    Solution Step 2: Logging In.

  • Once you have created a profile for yourself and activated it with the pincode we sent to your email address, you can now log-in and create your support case.

    1. Select Support from the left hand column to be brought to the Support site.

    2. Select Contact Support from the options on the left.

    3. This will take you to the Login page, as shown below. Simply fill in the details of your email address and your password which you created with your profile. Then click on Login at the bottom of the page.




    5. You have now logged in and proceed with creating a case.
