Pixel labyrinth / cross-hatch pattern in image
Problem
Interpolation error can occur in very rare cases. The reason is that the resolution of the hair and the physical 6.8 micron pixel size (P30/P30+ & P45/P45+) are close to equal. From there the software ”starts to guess” and thereby produces a few incorrect pixels.
Solution
Workaround is to try another lens, to step a bit closer to the subject or step a bit backwards to change the physical resolution.

H 1 Camera with P 20, P 25, and H 101: Color cast in image.
Problem
The capture files appear to be overexposed and has a color cast and some magenta smearing or streaking of the image details. The longer the exposure time, the worse the problem may appear especially if there is high ambient light. But usually on the right side of the image there is a small vertical portion that is correctly exposed. There is no error reported either on the camera LCD or in Capture One.
Solution
This has been reported by one of our distributors with only one H1 Camera. If you remove the digital back you may find that the auxiliary shutter curtain remains open. This is not correct and causes unintended light to fall on the CCD sensor when the sensor should have no light falling on it. W...
