I use both Iview MediaPro and Capture One together. When I start Capture One on its own I have no problems at all, however when I start it from Iview as a helper application it starts in Trial Mode. I have purchased and installed licenses for both of these products. Please could somebody shed some light on this. Thanks Dale

good day, i just can't seem to win. on our newest phase back i am seeing a single line down the scanned image (parallel with the CCD movement). it is seen on the RGB image but when flipping through the various channels it is only found in the red channel. i've cleaned the CCD half a dozen times. i've cleaned the lens, filter and i am still seeing this line. is it dust? can you offer various cleaning tips? i really can't see anything on/near the CCD. i even used a magnifying loop to look for dust... and saw nothing.thanks

Hi AllCan anyone tell me where the new preset filters are in C1Pro ?I have seen them on a dif. sytem (mac) and they look pretty impressive.What am i doing wrong?I have just updated to vers. 3.7.4 C1 Pro for Win.I have tried opening Raw , tifs and jpegs, but i cant seem to find where the new presets are.It looks the same as vers. 3.7.3 for Win.Thanx in advancePaul

How do you or can you stitch vertical captures?I am using an H20 on a stitching back, on a Fugi GX680III. We can stitch horizontally and the image displays as expected--horizontally.But we also can capture and stitch vertical captures. But when we stitch them, they display as a horizontally on the screen, which means we must eithor rotate the monitor vertical or stand and tip our heads sideways to look at the image. Is there a way to stitch the images to the appear on the monitor veritcally as they were shot.

Is there any way to open a folder in C1 from the command line or the Windows Explorer context menu? Hello,I have recently bought C1 LE, Vers. 3.7.4 and have now observed that there is a mismatch in the colours compared to the original Olympus Raw-Converter (Olympus Studio). Especially RED looks artificial (more orange than red). I have tried also Silky Pix which is close to the original colours of Olympus.I took a photo with several red items on it and processed this in Silky Pix, Olympus Studio and C1. Only C1 is not able to deliver the correct red tones. I have tried several settings in White Balance without success. The Color Management Settings are correct (Generic E-300, sRGB, Montior L...

Shooting in Raw with 3.7.4 and a P45 gives me the possibility to have previews coming faster on the screen when tethered like in 3.1. I don't have a pixelated preview with no settings coming first and needing time to become viewable like when shooting in L or S.The problem is that the only way to set up ther P45 to shoot in Raw is by plugging an H25 first on 3.7.4 choose the raw compatible with 3.0,quit and plug the P45.If I plug the P45 directly the preferences do not alloud me to choose raw. I can only choose L or S and the Raw option is grey and not choosable.any suggestions?thank youe

I am using the trial version of Capture One Pro, version 3.7.4.In the drop down menu for the Reset the White Balance to the Original White Balance Tool there is no drop down list for DNG files from the Leica R9/DMR. The only selection is \"shot\".However, it does show the complete list for files from the Canon 20D (shot, auto, daylight, cloudy, shade, tungsten, flourescent, flash).Why is there no list for the DMR? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

There seems to be a very small \"problem\" with the Toggle Maximize Collection (Ctrl + B) function.It works fine - unless:Press Ctrl + b to maximize your collection.Select an image. Press F9 to maximize preview.If you press F9 again to return to the collection, Ctrl + b no longer works. You have to drag the preview window down.However if you stay in maximized preview (don't press F9 to return) then Ctrl + b works fine.It also works fine if you press F9 without maximizing the collection first.Kim Biledgaard/DK
