I have recently purchase a Powerphase (SCSI) scan back with all supporting software, documentation, etc. I have been unable to figure out where to locate/download the 16-bit plugin. Can anyone out there tell me how to enable the plugin or where I can download it? I have read the user's guide, but I cannot find the menu item \"Pixel Depth\" under the \"Image\" menu. Any help would be greatly appreciated....

Why is it that Capture 1 adds SO MUCH noise to JPG files? It's not there in the TIFF, and if I use PS to convert the TIFF to JPG it's not there, either.I've posted two samples of a shot. They are both a section only of the shot. (Careful, they're almost 2mb each).One is a C1 conversion to High Quality JPG. I just purchased the Magnes Color Profile for the Canon 1DsMII and installed it to my ICC profiles in Windows/System32/Spool/Drivers/ColorHowever I can't seem to find any of the Windows profiles in the Workflow>Show Color management SettingsI select the Canon 1Ds Mark II as the camera, but the profile list does not have the Magnes profiles in it. I did some research here and one guy suggested reinstalling the Capture One software, so I did that as well. I have been using C1 LE for about a year or so without any problems on my PC(500mzP3) and my laptop (2GH P4). I have just bought a new PC...3.2GH HT and dual core, running Windows XP Media. The problem is the machine stops working before it loads all the pictures into the program(any number above 25-50). I have to shut the program down from the task manager. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it on two occasions, but with no luck. I cannot use it at all on this new PC. Is the Media part of Windows XP affecting the operation or is there something else. I'm seeing some very strange behaviour in photoshopCS2 after running the Phase One Demoirize filter. The layers palette menu doesn't seem to work at all after using the filter. After pasting in a patch I've demoirized I can't flatten the image or duplicate layers or anything. Has anybody experienced this or know of a solution? Hi All,When we connect our Canon EOS 1 Ds to our Powerbook it always shows a +3 exposure compensation on the camera pane in C1 Pro 3.7. I have checked that we have the latest firmware for the Canon. Has anyone else experienced this?Thanks,Mark

I've been using C1Pro for a while now. One thing that has always bugged me is how only very coarse curve adjustments show up in the preview image. It makes it very difficult to create custom curves to save. Does anyone know a fix for this?
