Back Sensor capture life time
問題
I am approaching the 50,000 capture mark on our digital back. So I was wondering, does the chip have an approximate "capture life"? In other words, will there be a point where the captures will start to degrade because of what one could call "high-mileage"?
解決策
This is a hard question to answer. In theory there is a limit and the back will lose sensitivity over time. However, Phase One produced the first models of Lightphase some years ago in 1998 and we have yet to see a back which has lost an amount of sensitivity that can even be registered. It is...

Digital Back: Filter fungus / spots on images
問題
I have spots all over the image usually happens with a few spots and then characteristically "grows" like a fungus. Image Example: Not to be confused with dusty or dirty lens or CCD chip (although similar) which can be cleaned, this is an occurence that happens embedded within the IR filter on the digital back. Can further determined with zooming in on a spot , and seeing a dot within the circle. Image Example:
解決策
Please consult your dealer for a repair and a cleaning at Phase One's Factory. Save a RAW file for further determination on a CD and attach this together with the back when sending it in for repair.

解決策
The image area of the Hasselblad H Camera System is approximately 6cm x 4.5cm. However several digital backs have a CCD that is smaller than that measurement and require a viewfinder mask to provide an accurate reference when composing an image. When you purchase a Phase One Digital Back the thin...

PowerPhase FX/FX+ which filters to use
問題
Connecting the PowerPhase FX to the computer Because the PowerPhase FX connects to the computer through IEEE 1394 there are no ID numbers or termination to worry about. When you are ready to begin capturing files simply plug the PowerPhase FX into the built-in FireWire port or a 1394 PCI card in your Macintosh and double click on the “Phase One Image Capture” program to start the Software and connect to the PowerPhase FX.
解決策
Optical Filters The CCD sensor used in PowerPhase FX back are extra sensitive to infrared light. Unless infrared light is filtered out before reaching the CCD sensor, there will be an unnatural color rendering in your pictures. Therefore, you must use a filter that removes infrared light when you t...
