I have an H20 plus other equipment put together for a digitizing project that fell through. Most of the equipment is on a lease and I would like to find someone interested in taking it over from me. I have the H20 on a Hasselblad 553ELX/120 Makro. I love the setup, but unfortunately have no business use for it now. Here is my new proposed workflow:1- Archive the RAWS from my CF cards to gold media when returning from a shoot.2- For studio work when I am tethered, is grabbing just the captures from the Phase One \"Capture\" folder and archiving them the same as archiving RAWS right off a CF card? I know that if I do not take the \"Capture One Settings\" folder, I loose any rotation, adjustments, etc, but I plan to store the entire Phase One Session Folder on my RAID anyway. I had computer problems and had to uninstall C1 LE... C1 LE wasn't the problem, it was my video card. Well to make a long story short. The support was great. I needed to reactivate the software, and was getting the dreaded \"you've activated the software to many times, you moron\". A tech support request solved the problem, and I'm back up and running.Thanks to the folks in the support area for the fast response.

I have a dual 2.0 G5, OS 10.4.6, C1 3.7.4, Having Major crashes both on Capture 1 and on my Finder. I can't even force quit. I have 3.5Gb of RAM and processing files takes 150% CPU according to Activity Monitor. Is this right? Seems like a lot of Processing Power, MY FANS DON'T even come on. In version 3.7.4, the color tempreture and tint adjustments are backwards. Move the slider towards magenta and the image becomes more green. The color temp does the same thing with the warmer/ cooler slider. This software version is running slower than v.3.7.3 on my tower with dual 2.7 processor, 500 gig hd 4 gigs ram machine. It's frustrating when you click on an image that has been previously viewed that it has to res out every time you click on it. I think the cache is not functioning properly. It takes 10 seconds after the initial capture for the image to show up in preview completely...

Dear Phase One:I could use an additional timout value for Auto Preview and Backlight.The current timeout choices for Auto Preview and Backlight are: 5 sec, 30 sec, 1 min, and Always On.I find that 5 secs is often too short. However, I'd prefer to conserve battery and LCD usage more than the 30 second timout does.So, it would be really nice to have a 15 second timeout option added to both the Auto Preview and Backlight timeout menus?

I have a Radion X800 Graphics Card.I have a Lacie Electon Blue and a ViewSonic Flat Panel Display plugged in.When I use Capture One I drag it accross both screens. I keep the folders and thumbs on the FPD and view the image on the Lacie.I want to understand how windows/COne and the Card work out the colour management together. With sharpening turned off in prior versions of C1 a dreaded purple line on the top of each image would appear on my Imageprint output on the Epson 4000. This has been well documented in the past. Has this been resolved in 3.6 ?Thanks,Cliff
