Technical Support – Aerial Systems / Drone Payloads EMEA

About the job

You will be a part of the EMEA Phase One Technical Support team, assisting customers with pre- and post-sales questions and issues. You will conduct installations and training for customers, both remote and onsite. In your day-to-day business you will provide support to customers over phone, email and in person for our aerial systems and drone payload clients which is a segment that is rapidly growing.

  • Location: Copenhagen, Denmark


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Technical support for our clients
  • Troubleshoot and find solutions
  • Communicate with PM / R&D about issues
  • Installation of systems at customer location
  • Conduct product training



  • Relevant education which is either in drone inspection or photogrammetry
  • Experience working as aerial data acquisition or drone operator
  • Experience in photogrammetric workflows
  • Experience in Flight planning for aerial data acquisition
  • Previous support experience highly desired


Your Qualities

  • Highly self-motivated with a hands-on mindset
  • Solution driven
  • Good communicator both verbally and written
  • Fluent in English
  • Other languages such as French or Spanish are a plus but not required
