according to the bug report on this forum:If you zoom above 400% in the preview window, you can for Canon 1D, Canon D30, Nikon D1X and Nikon D100 experience a difference in where you place the image and where the developed image appear i have a canon 10D. if i zoom to 400%, use the bottom scroll bar to scroll all the way to the left side of the preview picture, the image shifts to the left such that the whole left side is cropped off, once the developed image appears. also, scrolling all the way to the top (either on the left side or right side), the image shifts up by a smaller amount ...

Is there any plan on improving the C1 manuals? Most settings are extremely minimally documented, the process (workflow) itself isn't well documented, and there are settings that don't even have any help at all for them (like \"DSLR noise reduction\").Additionally, there don't seem to be any suggestions as to what reasonable values to use given certain situations. For instance, it would be very helpful to give some advice what values to start from with sharpening for various situations. Some \"best practices\" would be really helpful.I know there is a lot more to say - it's a good and powe...

I replaced the logic board on my powerbook which required reinstallation of all softwares including Capture One. Installation was successful but the activation code no longer works. Does anyone have an insight on this? Thanks.Hi there,For this type of issue, you will need to open a support case on the phaseone.com website.CheersDid that too. Thanks. My next step would be to contact my \"local\" official Phase One reseller / rep. That's what I do and it works.

I am shooting Canon-1D's and looking into digital back options for a Hassy 503c/w. Mostly portrait work with both studio lights and available light. Having used C1-software for quite a while with good success. Most basic digital back question:If I put a 4:3 sensor-type Phase One back on the Hassy 6x6 body, how do I deal with shots which I want in vertical format? Just forget about it, shoot all horizontally and crop later in post to vertical? Looking at the P21 for example: 44x33mm sensor, so the \"vertical crop factor\" would be 56mm/33, so nearly a factor of 2, which would be a signific...

Is anybody aware of a comparison of a P20 against an Aptus 17?I am still on my quest of how to take a Hassy-V digital for reasonable cost.Thank You,Peteri went from a valeo 17 (on hass V) to a P20...it was a long hard comparison, i was either going to upgrade to aptus 17 or go P20...the aptus and the valeo have the same chip...4:3 format, P20 is 1:1, so in reality if you shoot for anything other then cd cover, the resolution is about 14mpix(P20) to 17mpix (aptus)...i thought long and hard about it...now i can just laugh about that...not even noticeable...the finder image is lar...

On several of my old jobs that have been archived to cd, when i copy the original capture files back onto the hard drive for reprocessing, they look very pixelated in C1 and the software won't allow me to do anything with them. Shooting with a Lightphase into a powerbook.Any ideas? If it is a G4 it might take a little time to generate the previews. Especially if there is many of them.Down in the bottom right corner you can see how many previews are pending to be generated.Just give it a little time and the images will show up.We are working to speed this process up for a 4.x ver...
