Summary Capture One Activation Error
Problem I am unable to activate my software.
Solution

There are several errors you may see when trying to activate your software

Please double check the following first:
 

  • Your license key has no typos in it
  • The profile you are using is in fact the same email originally used to activate the software.
  • You are activating a version that your key is in fact valid for.
