Creating a Support Case: Contacting Support

I have created a profile and activated it with my password. Now, what should I do to create a support case?


1. Select the Support tab from the top menu to be brought to the Support site. 


2. Select Contact Technical Support from the options. 

3. This will take you to the Login page, as shown below. Simply fill in the details of your email address and your password which you created with your profile. Then click on Login at the bottom of the page. 

4. You have now logged in and proceed with creating a case.
