About the job

Would you like to create insights-driven marketing content, support our worldwide teams and lead processes and projects from strategy to execution – all the while you set a direction within the global Phaseone brand? If you are our new colleague to be, you can expect all of this together with a broad spectrum of stakeholders from across the company, and close collaboration with senior management.

The Marketing Project Manager will help drive our campaign strategy, plan, and execution across various marketing channels to drive brand awareness and pipeline growth. This is a highly collaborative, cross-functional, and hands-on role for a marketer who is passionate about delivering campaigns that drive results. Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, has superb project management skills, and enjoys working across teams in a highly international environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for various marketing projects from strategy to planning and execution: product marketing projects and launches, campaigns, global brand initiatives, events etc.
  • You ensure that projects are in line with global Marketing strategies, tactics and programs that create interest, demand and recognition for the brand.
  • Maintain continuous contact with stakeholders, coordinating resources and providing overall project alignment
  • You drive the development of global product launch material and related marketing campaigns, ensure that material and implementation of plans are handed over to the local markets and partners for successful implementation.
  • Structure and plan projects, and lead the team through the project, ensuring stakeholder inclusion and the highest possible outcome in terms of market needs, creative solution and brand positioning.
  • You advocate and adhere to our corporate premium brand guidelines, while seeing opportunities in the market for brand activation.
  • Liaise and work closely with the regional marketing managers to get input on content and campaign needs in the regions.
  • You keep budget, time plans and scope aligned to strategies for go-to-market plans, while ensuring best possible market implementation.



  • A relevant degree plus 3-5 years of experience from a B2B marketing department or advertising agency
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to lead a team of specialists, external suppliers and agencies
  • Good understanding of brand strategies, insights of digital marketing, KPIs, campaign planning and global campaign development.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, results oriented environment.
  • Desire and ability to be a team player who appreciates a unique, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment.
  • Resourceful self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Energetic, friendly, and self-motivated attitude.
  • Collaborative spirit to work with all internal and external stakeholders to gain consensus and clarity.
  • Able to thrive in high pressure work environments.
  • An energetic and can-do attitude.
  •  Strong communication skills verbally/ in writing in English is a must
