Product Manager
The Role
We are seeking an engaged and technically skilled Product Manager for our geospatial imaging systems and related ariel camera components. In this role, you will oversee the full product lifecycle—from concept and development to launch and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, Operations, and Sales, to ensure our products meet market needs while achieving business objectives.
This role requires an outgoing personality who thrives on broad collaboration, paired with strong hands-on technical expertise across both hardware and software and potentially Next Gen concepts around AI
We envision a candidate with experience in similar roles, ideally within hearing aids, medical devices, imaging, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
As Product Manager, you will drive the development and success of our products. You will develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with company goals and market needs. Through market research, you identify customer insights, industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies. You will create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and improvements based on customer feedback, business priorities, and new developments.
Collaboration is key: you will work closely with R&D, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to ensure the successful development and launch of our next-generation cameras, leaving a tangible mark on our aerial imaging product line. You will champion the best user experience through field work and close collaboration with software teams to design intuitive and effective interfaces. In addition, you will monitor product performance, analyse user feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement. Clear communication of product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders—including executives, customers, and partners—is essential, and you will also be responsible for writing product specifications.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should bring a minimum of 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally combined with product development experience in similar roles. Practical experience and a proven track record in previous positions are highly valued. Educationally, a master’s degree in Geophysics, Computer Science, Engineering, Geography, or a related field is preferred, while an MBA or other business qualification is considered a plus.
You possess deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience with geospatial imaging technologies, photogrammetry software, GPS, GIS software, and data analysis tools, with surveying experience considered an advantage. You have a strong customer-focused approach and a proven ability to translate customer needs into successful products.
