280MP Aerial System
The Phase One 280MP Aerial System offers the highest image capture rate and dynamic range, increasing the overall quality and accuracy of the final photogrammetric products.
The aerial solution provides a large format option that is compact and lightweight, for use in a wide range of aircraft.
PAS 280 MK2 is comprised of a camera, iX Controller with integrated Applanix GNSS-Inertial, Somag gyro-stabilized mount (DSM 400), IMU unit, and Phase One flight planning and management software – iX Plan, iX Flight, and iX Capture.
4-band configuration
Phase One offers additional configuration for simultaneous capturing of RGB and NIR images. The 280MP 4-Band Aerial System is comprised of the iXM-RS280F metric camera with dual 90mm lenses for capturing RGB data, and an additional NIR camera with 50mm lens for capturing NIR data – thus providing 4-band (R,G,B,NIR) or CIR imagery.
The integrated iX Capture software automatically generates distortion-free 4-band images by performing an accurate matching of a NIR image to an RGB image, creating precise and reliable output data.

iXM-RS 280F Aerial Camera
The iXM-RS 280F is a dual lens metric aerial camera with 90mm lenses for capturing RGB information, and providing superior image quality. The iXM-RS 280F camera generates central projection image from two 150MP nadir images with equal ground resolution.

Additional hardware
IX CONTROLLER
The iX Controller acts as a central hub to Phase One Aerial Systems, with its integrated GNSS-Intertial, the controller operates the cameras, gyro-stabilizing mount, IMU system, and runs iX Capture and iX Flight software.
SOMAG GYRO-STABILIZED MOUNT (DSM400)
Specifically designed for the Phase One Aerial Solution. With a low weight of 14 kg and a high payload of 35 kg, the mount supports the reduction of the angular rate and provides optimal stabilization of the system.
GNSS/IMU system
The Phase One 280MP Aerial Systems are available with different GNSS and IMU configurations to meet your application and accuracy levels requirements.

Monitors for PAS solution
Phase One provides a complete solution for the PAS product line offering two operating monitors, 15’’ and 21’’, and one 7” pilot monitor fitting all PAS systems. The monitors are ruggedized displays tailored for airborne applications. All monitors are Phase One branded and tested on our PAS offerings.
