Application Specialist – UAV/Drones

With our business expanding rapidly, we are therefor in search of a talented and passionate individual to join our dynamic Unmanned Product Management team. This position offers a unique chance to actively contribute to the development of our products and play a crucial role in taking them to next levels of excellence.

Responsibilities:

As a Application Specialist within our Unmanned Product Management team, you will be a part of an international team and your responsibilities will include:

• System Testing: Collaborate closely with our solution partners to conduct rigorous system tests, ensuring the seamless integration and superior performance of our UAV payloads.
• Data Management: Capture, structure, and distribute datasets generated by our UAV payloads to both internal stakeholders and customers, facilitating informed decision-making processes.
• Demo Equipment Management: Ensure that our demo equipment is meticulously maintained and ready to perform during client demonstrations, showcasing the exceptional capabilities of our UAV payloads effectively.
• Sales Support: Provide on-field support to our sales team during engagements with strategic customers. Demonstrate the unique features and advantages of our UAV payloads, address technical inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Documentation: Develop comprehensive best practice documentation related to the use of our UAV payloads for inspecting utility systems, wind turbines, and other industrial assets.

Requirements:

• Significant field experience in using various drones to inspect utility systems, wind turbines, and industrial assets is a must. Experience with UAV based surveying is highly desired.
• Technical mindset with a deep understanding of UAV technology and applications.
• Experience with image processing in e.g., Pix4D or similar is highly desired.
• Structured and detail-oriented approach to tasks and challenges.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Willingness and ability to travel 30-40 days a year for on-site support, system testing, conferences, and client engagements.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is highly desired and advantageous
• Located in or willing to locate to the area around Copenhagen.
