Phase One’s iXM-RS full frame 150MP aerial camera are available in RGB and Achromatic models. An ultra-high resolution, backside illuminated CMOS sensor, fast capture speed, enhanced light sensitivity, and RS leaf shutter, enable increased productivity for a wide range of aerial image acquisition projects. Phase One aerial cameras allow precise image quality across a large range of applications. iXM-RS cameras feature Phase One’s proven RS Lens Series, with eight field-replaceable focal length options ranging from 40mm to 300mm.
Superior accuracy and efficiency
The iXM-RS full frame 150MP aerial cameras are available in RGB and Achromatic. The 150MP aerial photography camera offers an ultra-high resolution (14204 x 10652), backside-illuminated CMOS sensor, fast capture speed, and enhanced light sensitivity that enables increased productivity for a wide range of aerial image acquisition projects. As a result, more flying hours per day, and more flight days per year, can be easily achieved.
The iXM-RS150F camera is the imaging heart of Phase One’s 150MP Aerial Solution (PAS 150), a fully-integrated solution for mapping and surveying, 3D city modelling, corridor mapping and more.
RS Lenses for iXM-RS
iXM-RS cameras are compatible with eight interchangeable RS Lenses, with a choice between 40mm, 50mm, 70mm, 90mm, 110mm, 150mm MK II, and 180mm focal lengths, which are individually calibrated for infinity focus by Phase One. An RSM 300mm AF lens with adjustable focus from 10m to infinity is also available.
Storage capabilities and connectivity
The iXM-RS150F cameras support super fast storage capabilities, and remote camera control is possible over a wireless link. In addition, the high resolution industrial camera boasts the following:
- USB-C and 10G interfaces for quicker and flexible data transfer
- Unlimited cable length with 10G
- Super-fast XQD storage card
- HDMI output with 2K video
4-Band configuration
iXM-RS cameras are also available with an optical glass over the sensor for near infrared applications (NIR). The camera is suited for a variety of agricultural and forestry applications, including determining harvesting periods, and analyzing crop damage caused by insects, fungus or insufficient water or nutrients in the soil.

The RS Lens shutter uses an innovative direct drive concept with electronic charging that enhances exposure speed as fast as 1/2500s, and with a lifespan of at least 500,000 exposures – a record breaking capture rate and life span longer than ever seen before.
